Frequently asked
Do I need internet to use Pitchroom?
No. The AI analysis runs entirely on your iPhone. You only need internet to download the app and (optionally) sync sessions to iCloud.
Is my video or voice stored?
By default: only on your device. Streams are not uploaded anywhere. If you manually turn on cloud analysis, the stream goes through our provider for at most 60 seconds and is then deleted.
Does it work on older iPhones?
Apple Foundation Models require iOS 26+ and an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (15 Pro / 16 series). On older devices, speech analysis works but full vision analysis does not.
Which languages does Pitchroom support?
German and English at launch. French and Spanish are planned for the next release.
How do I cancel Pro?
iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pitchroom → Cancel. We can't cancel Apple subscriptions for you — Apple doesn't allow it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't issue direct refunds, but Apple tends to be generous here.
Is this a replacement for a real coach?
No. Pitchroom is a practice tool — great for repetition, routine, and breaking common bad habits. For strategic coaching, personal feedback, and high-stakes prep, a human coach is unbeatable.
