Pitchroom is crashing or freezing

Please send us: device model, iOS version, what you were doing, and (if known) the exact mode. Crash reports are sent automatically by iOS — you don't need to do anything for that.

Unlock Pro / restore purchases

In the app: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, send us the link from your Apple receipt email.

Refund

Refunds go directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund Apple purchases directly — Apple doesn't allow it. Apple is generous with refund requests in most cases.

Delete account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Immediate. All cloud data is removed within 30 days.

Data export (GDPR Art. 20)

In the app: Settings → Account → Export. You'll get a JSON file with all data we have on you. If that fails, write to us.
